Ahh, lovely news. CSW likes to boast his alpha status to everyone and claims to be Satoshi then this happens. Everything is falling apaart on his circle of lies as expected. There literally is no way the guy is winning this case. Heck, even the Judge doesn't care and throws the case over to a different jurisdiction, much to everyone's satifaction. This is just the start, and perhaps the next big flop of his lies will be against the Kleiman estate.

Seriously, it's funny to see the con-man getting conned due to his own actions. Kudos to hodlonaut for standing ground against this persom who thinks he can bull anyone who goes against his delusions.

i don't think he cares as he is feeding of the drama and loves to prolong it as long as he can.
besides he may actually be happy about this because the court didn't rule against it (nor for him). the case was just dismissed due to lack of jurisdiction instead of proving that CSW is a scammer which is obvious to the rest of us. and he will continue scamming...

Can we just stop discussing Craig Wright and BSV in the bitcoin discussion forum?
BSV is an altcoin and people keep posting about it in the Bitcoin discussion forum every day.
I couldn't care less about Craig "Faketoshi" Wright and his lawsuits.

Indeed, its a win - win scenario for Craig because if Hodlonaut wins, it automatically label Craig a scammer and all this drama will automatically end. 


But we can't help but to discuss it because it gives us more information on what is happening aside from the Bitcoin market.  It also warn us of people to avoid and not to trust.

CSW is pretty much a joke in the bitcoin community right now with his absurd claims of being Satoshi Nakamoto. He doesn't even have anything in him that could make us convinced he is indeed the creator of bitcoin other than his flawed arguments and his antics online. I don't know why people are wasting so much money and time over this joke. But happy to see hodlonaut clean this messup for himself.

All he has to do is sign something to prove he is satoshi. It is obvious from the fact that he hasn’t done so for years and keeps getting called out for lying to a federal judge that he is unable to do so. That should’ve put an end to this years ago.

Not to mention the fact that satoshi went to great lengths to hide his identity and this is pretty much 180 degrees from that. Plus his behavior in all this mess is opposite the way he always behaved in email, message and forum posts.

Even if I knew the "cat" I wouldn't reveal his name to Wright because whoever supports this scammer will carry the weight of it on his conscience. 

I hope Hodlonaut will win this and this shouldn't be hard if Craig loses the case against Kleiman. He was asked to prove that he's Satoshi. If that does not happen he will have no reputation anymore No damage done.

CSW is not picking his battles right. He is picking every possible battle, even against a cat. And the sad thing is that even this small case will go to the garbage bin. In the end even CSW will go to the garbage bin himself.

Was this case the reason why Binance delisted BSV? If my memory serves me right, Craig filed a lawsuit in UK because the burden of proof that he is not the real Satoshi lies on the accuser instead of craig providing evidence that he's the real one.
