I dont see any negative impact towards the future of Bitcoin if majority of the porn site accepts Bitcoin as an option for payment. In fact, it will help Bitcoin to spread it's popularity and adaption, because people will understand the value of cryptocurrency in the field of currencies.
Debit cards, CC, and other form of digital currency was use to purchase or payment for premium/VIP accounts in all pornsites and is actually nothing wrong with that. Same case with Bitcoin.

Its more a optics issue because porn sites constantly hit users with malware and crypto connection to ransomware is already damaging.  So it would be more damaging at this point due to banks slowly opening up to crypto, could cause a set back.

the porn site might have a high traffic of users but I think it might also help in making bitcoin popular and more acceptable but the major drawback is that some companies do not want to associate themselves with payment systems that support immorality. In the same way, some of the available payment processors do not want users that participate in an online gambling. also, porn sites are known to be a huge base for malware and harmful flash ads. The virus can easily steal your wallet information

AFAIK a big platform like Chaturbate accepts bitcoin payments via Coinpayments.
I don't know about any other big porn platforms that accept cryptocurrency payments.
If you ask me,BTC adoption in the online porn industry doesn't have any positive or negative impact over bitcoin.BTC is accepted in the online gambling business for years and gambling addiction can be more damaging than porn addiction.Both industries have a bad image,but who cares,millions of people watch porn and play gambling games online everyday.

For me I think it would just help Bitcoin specially if the big porn sites starts to accept it and use it.
The only negative side would be when the governments force to stop them or if some users are uploading something illegal and they would get paid with crypto.

Porn is actually a legitimate, legal industry so it's not even a threat in the same way.

Porn sites are just another business that is used by millions all over the world... for BTC to be accepted as payment option it would definitely be good news as it would increase awareness, and surely increase transfer volume... I see nothing illegal or shady about this
The only problem is that BTC is not private and I have doubts if the network would be able to handle the volume... but these are obstacles that can be worked...

If porn sites don't figure a way to deal with bitcoin directly, and they still have to rely on a third-party payment processor which also relies on an exchange to convert it into fiat and then ironically depends on a bank to transfer the fiat to the service provider there will be no advantages when regarding fees, making the whole thing more expensive for both business and customer.

Although it's probably one of the largest industries out there, I see no reason it would change Bitcoin. Like come on, aren't we already past the "X is accepting Bitcoin!" stage?

Porn sites and paying with cryptocurrencies directly would be beneficial for people who would like to hide the fact of using such websites as they buy crypto on exchange and send the crypto directly to the porn site.
In such case from the point of view of the spouse/partner, you would see a transaction linked to eg. Linkkoin exchange, not a porn-related company. And as wallets are not under names of companies/individuals - it would be hard to reveal for what crypto was used for.
So then if the trading volume and number of transactions within blockchain would have been increased thanks to porn it could be beneficial.

BUT - as someone already pointed out: these websites may be subject to hacks, and in case of replacing the porn website owned wallet addresses to hackers one - you will not get your money back. Unless there will be uploaded some sort of short movie of  a porn star writing the wallet address on a paper
