OP is a decent manager who listens to feedback (which I gave based on participants I could see). In my long years on this forum, I believe we all have to keep the quality of posting high and take it as a common responsibility, so as long as managers do their best like OP,,, we will be fine

I'm very comfortable working with Sujonali1819 I like his rule of per post and the minimum required post is not hard to reach for many of the campaigns he manages. that is why I have him in my text profile, highly recommend, enjoying my stay in one of his campaigns hope he gets more clients and campaigns he manages last long.

I have not really participated in any of your campaign yet, am sure I will some day. But dude, your design is  epic, it's so eye-catching and attractive. I was just going through some threads, and I decided to see what you have here. This is very good man, a lot of hard work you've put here and they sure will pay as they already are. More clients will definitely come for you, cause your terms for participants is fair, am very well sure the same fair terms too to your clients.

Sujonali1819 is a very good manager, worked with him for 4 weeks now and I can honestly testify that he is very hard working and professional, and also down to earth, though I don't know him in person but I have this sense that he must be a very humble gentleman, this is based on how he apologizes when ever he's a bit late in discharging his duties on the forum due to circumstances beyond his control, only a manager with true Humility does that, and it's a very good quality.

And I wanna take this time out to say a big congratulations on your new legendary rank, it's a well deserved upgrade, and I pray that your this new rank will open to you, new doors to great opportunities in this forum and even outside the forum.

I worked with Sujonali1819 before and he was really transparent in his work, there was a time that he had some trouble updating his work but he informs us about the situation. That's what you called professionalism, valuing the campaign participants like a big part of the business they are working with.

I can recommend him for those who are looking for a campaign manager, I'm sure he can still handle more despite having an active campaigns already.
