I've experienced it too but sometimes the most common reason of delayed withdrawal transactions is due to a congested network especially if you are dealing with bitcoin. Currently, the most recommended fee is around 70 sats/vmbyte which is quite high (for me).

As per my own experience, jacksclub has instant withdrawal already since the first launch.
I have made some withdrawals in the past and all of them were instant.
Indeed most of my withdrawals were small amount only, how about yours?
I wont be surprised to know your withdrawals are not instant if it is big amount as jacksclub may need to check it first or hotwallet is not enough to cover your withdrawal.

If you have received 0.0002 BTC for 50 weeks using only 1 bitcoin address, it could possibly mean that you have more than 50 inputs in that address which makes the transaction become more expensive especially if the bitcoin network is congested.

Create their own forum won't get much attention Imho. That's only make people joined on their campaign but there is no attracted people will come. Weekly contest is just regular way to attract people to come and play, i don't see it will attract immediately since it's just a normal thing on gambling site

If you meant having a signature campaign on the forum and not an actual community like bitcointalk, there is one, unfortunately, the signature campaign is on hold. On the other hand, creating a forum community solely for JacksClub.io will not gain much traction in terms of advertising and it would cost them a lot of resources such in terms of paying annual domain name, cost for bandwidth and webspace etc.. It would do more harm than good. One thread and a few more contest held in bitcointalk itself is enough to get an attention.
