One wallet is okay if you are using hardware wallet like Ledger Nano or Trezor. If you want to install two electrum wallet, learn multiSig wallet. That will help you more.

Seed is alone enough to recover but you can also get the private key of the address where you deposited the BTC.

If anyone has your seed, they can get all your BTC.

Password is only keep your assets in your device. If your device gets hacked, then I am not sure if the password means anything.

If you have downloaded software from original website and if you verified signature then you don't need to create two wallet unless you lost your current wallet.
