It is not Satoshi because this block was not mined in a way that was consistent with Satoshi. This article is great at explaining why I and many believe we can get relatively close to knowing which blocks were theirs.

Im guessing it was the latter as Craig has a history of lying to convince his followers that he is Satoshi.
