I don't know for other people, but I don't believe this to be true. There are many other people that has been believed to be the real Satoshi Nakamoto but none of them were. This family of Pablo Escobar are saying this Yasutaka is Satoshi because he has Nakamoto in his name, which is the same thing with Dorian Nakamoto who was first believed to be the real Satoshi Nakamoto.

Even now there are people who believe that Nick Szabo is the creator of Bitcoin because he has worked on similar things in the past, such as the Bit Gold. You can do your research. The real Satoshi Nakamoto has not been found and he has decided to stay hidden, that's his choice, so let's stop stressing ourselves.

Now this even makes the claim look more stupid and a desperate attempt to grasp from attention. Something certainly is not right. Satoshi being a very mysterious figure who has never responded or defended himself against any claim despite months and months of different claims from different people. This makes him am easy target but the good news is that people barely believe this kind of crap these days.

From the makers of the Escobar Fold and other phones that never really reached its buyers, I don't think there is any credibility to the recent claims of Escobar Inc. They are trying so hard to be relevant these days even though their deceased kingpin is just a legend and nothing more. They are using the name Escobar to further their ambitions, and it's nothing really amazing or anything, just plainly annoying and outright stupid. Also, how would the Escobar estate know who Satoshi is? Heck, anyone can be Satoshi on their eyes. Remember the poor Dorian Nakamoto who's just enjoying his retirement and suddenly began receiving countless interviews and appointments?

They thought they found him but I think this is more of a conspiracy theory. We don't know their real motives why they are saying this kind of story to the public. If the real Satoshi wants public life, he should have done that a long time ago. There is a reason why up until now, only conspiracy theories and more speculations are surrounding regarding the true identity of Satoshi. Let him stay to be one of the mysteries of crypto. Just be grateful that he introduced bitcoin to the humanity.

Youre absolutely right and the samething happened with CSW but it really sad and ridiculous that claiming to be the real Satoshi is the man strategy people used these days to get popular, gaining attention and been in the headlines pages. I hope th newbies wont take this serious because there are some who still fall for CSW lies.
