You cant just become a merchant overnight. Do you have any type of goods to sell? Any service that your run accepts bitcoin or thinking about accepting bitcoin as payment? In those cases it would be good.

About reversible money transfer systems like Paypal, you can get scammed using Paypal so you would need trade with trusted users only so as to reduce the chances of chargeback and money reversal scams. Overall it is something to avoid in general. However some users are doing such exchanges in the "Currency Exchange" section - which you can look into.

Regarding your 100$/day income - that equals to 3k $/month and this is a huge sum to accumulate just by freelancing. My previous signature campaign was approx 450$/month and that too is smaller than your sum so I doubt you can get something close to that unless you are having unimaginable skills or you are simply bluffing.

You need unique skills to be approved in Fiver. If you can only provide writing etc, it would be really hard. On top of that, there are dozens of freelancers out there on that platform.     You can create content and upload that to the cryptocurrency paying websites but it also directly depends upon the popularity of your content so it require a lot of time to make that huge fanbase.

3. Offering Services
    This solely depends upon your ability, if you have good skill-set then you can actually earn $100 per day pretty easily.
