It is good for both paypal and crypto I guess since there will be people that would look for crypto in paypal if this happens, more likely we will be seeing a bunch of newbies in the crypto scene, the opening would be the paypal. The most negative I can think of about this is that scammers now will use paypal as their front, so we need to spread awareness as early as now to prevent any conflicts between paypal and user/new user.
