I also experienced the same thing dude, got the reply email and I asked this in the support message and he said we have to wait until they send an email for confirmation after everything is in progress.

I hope this will be resolved soon by the related team

If it is your first withdraw they send this email out and it's usually processed within the next 12 hours.

If you gamble with the btc that you receive in signature campaigns (such as this one) that may trigger some further security check as it probably looks weird to them how a new account with no deposits suddenly has a balance as different teams at FJ deal with different things. I'm sure the holdup won't be long though and you should see it being processed soon.

I'm yet to receive an answer on the question about allowing you guys to make a withdraw without the min. being at 0.004, as soon as I hear something I will let you know though I'm just not a fan of posting useless updates if I have nothing of substance to say.

I followed the same steps as described above, but the delay letter came in spam, so I found it only after 7! hours.

If you have not received an email from FJ, check the spam filter and make sure that the letter was sent from an official email: support@fortunejack.com

I asked because on the old site options to set withdraw speed are not displayed, there I seen just the mention (Transaction fees will be deducted) !

So I just visited the new site, there there is options to choose

Successful withdrawal.
I deposited and made a withdrawal request. It did not even took an hour. I chose nomal speed, no deductions.
No need to wager.
