I hope that eventually people get united and can present a legal claim against the 1x... sites, but at leas people in this forum are aware that they can check the reputation of any campaign in the corresponding threads.
Some victims actually did try to bond together and file a legal lawsuit against 1xbit unsuccessfully which is what I heard sometime back through this forum itself. Others probably tried too and failed in a similar manner.
The problem here is that 1xbit is backed by 1xbet which is a bigger site with more power and money in comparison which is why it's not easy to take them down legally.
I feel that the only way for them to shut shop is for more and more gamblers to avoid it completely which would lead to huge losses.
Generally, I believe the biggest problem here is that 1XBit hides behind the so-called "right to anonymity", and they are very careful to hide any relationship they may have with 1XBET and related companies. If they were actually interested in transparent, fair and ethical gambling, they would allow the public to know who they are, where they are located, and how they operate. But they wont, and I have no doubt that they are operating illegally and off the book. Their refusal to disclose their identity is just another argument in favor of my belief that 1XBit and similar outfits are evil and have no place in the world of sports betting.
As far as what we can do as gamblers, my advice is to always assume youre getting ripped off, because youre likely to be right 99 percent of the time. 1XBit and its ilk are well-organized and, as such, are in a position to take advantage of gamblers. But they are only capable of doing that if they can hide their identities, so in that sense were looking at a high-tech version of old-fashioned swindlers, only they use fancy technology instead of sly and sleazy trickery.
