I have heard that comment already here. Yet, there is no single evidence of them being scam and they operate about 5 months, personally using them for 2. I made 2 withdrawals so far and everything was fine. Regarding your comment, there is no way to reach 1%, this is not true. If you include smaller exchanges, the difference in price can be up to 3% on some occasions. Factor in daily price volatility where BTC trading bots can get you a lot of money simply by buying and selling BTC. Also, there ve been days where their result was negative. Having said this, I have clearly stated in my posts the risks of this and any other Bitcoin related investment. Let me refresh your memory, Mtgox - RISKY, buying cloud hashing - RISKY, bitcoin gambling - RISKY, bitcoin securities - RISKY, bitcoin exchanges and trading - RISKY, bitcoin arbitrage - RISKY. So please, this is still young service, only time will tell how honest they are, invest small amount, $40 if you like and withdraw often until you reach ROI.

Risk has nothing to do with the amount invested. Risk is probability and time when the founder will run with the coins.

Arbitrage is a good oppertunity, regulations get into the way. Every exchange have several different polices. And the time taken to do the transaction have to be taken into consideration.

Its easy to say scam! and its easy to show its not by everyday!

how do they pay the earning? is it per share which is worth 20 dollars so all share earn same amount of .02 cents if the earning for today is 1% or is it 1% of the equivalent amount of bitcoin when you purchase the share. cause if i buy a share today compared when you bought your share then il have to pay more bitcoins.

Your dollar performance depends on the amount invested. To clarify this, you buy trading shares, each share is $20 and it expires in 120 days. After these 120 days, you get your principal back, that is the money you have paid to purchase your shares. In the meantime, during these 120 days, each day you get percentage of trading profits/loses, depending on arbitrage opportunities for that particular day. So, if you buy 5 shares and invest $100 and daily result is +1%, you get $1 in profits or 20 cents per each share purchased. If you buy 50 shares for $1000 and the result is 1%, you get $10 for that day. The limit is $50k or 2500 shares per person.

They also provide mining shares, this is basically standard cloud hashing option, $100 for 10 GH/s and these last 365 days.

No. When investing into trading shares you get your money back after 120 days + interests. When buying mining shares, you get cloud hashing service and you only get mined BTC.

Do you know the total amount of the principal obtained from the clients?
- 100bps a day is quite outrageous rate if it is true.
- if they have 20 clients with $50k principal, it's 1mil you cannot trade such amount on the market, which easily move the market. Also banks don't process such suspicious transactions.

Overall, it sounds unsustainable and not for me   Perhaps 120 days locking period is the key like other indirect investment products. We may know after 120 days

They have been online for over 5 months now so the first shares have already matured and more and more of them mature each day. I opened a ticket with similar question and was told that they had filled about 50% of their trading capacity. Once they reach 100%, they will not sell any more shares. Regarding the risk, already expressed my opinion about that, have nothing more to add.
