But the same Liverpool have been performing quite well until recently they started dropping points, and to the best of my knowledge, Salah hasnt left Liverpool, he is still playing for Liverpool and will remain there until the end of 2026/2027 season, and this is due to a 2 years contract extension which Salah signed with Liverpool around April of this year..
I think personally think Liverpool problem isn't really about them not having the right players, their problems might be internal because like I said before, Liverpool was performing quite well in the early days of this season, and all of a sudden, they started losing games and points, and now to the tone of losing 3 different matches consecutively..
Anyways, Liverpool's bad current bad performance isn't my problem, I just hope that Arsenal will seize this opportunity and make their fans proud this season.
What's been happening in Liverpool is both explainable and unexplainable. After first 8 matches in Premier League this season, they have two opposite streaks, first streak with 5 wins in first five matches in the league, and a second streak that is ongoing is 3 consecutive losses. It's explainable as with many changes in their play resources in the summer transfer season, Slot actually has dificulty in combining his players together in early months of this season so defeats are explainabled. However, getting three consecutive defeats is surprising and unexplainable as same as how they managed to win all first five matches.
With the defeat streak in three latest matches, Liverpool now fall behind Arsenal, Manchester City in the title race but it's more dangerous for them as they are only 1 point more than Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur while having only 2 points more than Manchester United. It's not what Liverpool fans imagined of after their club got five wins in a row.
Thanks for coming contributing to the discussion, your point is very valid, and I think the unexplainable part which is Liverpool loosing 3 matches in the row as we can see currently is still some how explainable, only thing is, the explanation might make sense to some persons, and might not make sense to other persons 😁
We can simply say that every club has their up and down period just as life itself is full of ups and downs, so it's possible that Liverpool is currently in their down moment and may pick up later, the question now should be when do we think they will pick and if it will not already be too late for them to actually make any meaningful impact in this season premier league tournament..
Anyways, I repeat what I said before 😁, Liverpool isn't my problem, my problem is Arsenal, I want Arsenal to win the title this season, so yeah, Liverpool's current state is actually a good opportunity for Arsenal and I hope they don't mess it up, though Manchester city may be a heavy contender..
