I went into livechat to ask if they are planning an internal swap/external system and the answer is no. The reason why is apparently that a swap or exchange service will conflict with the Curacao license agreement.
Well that's odd because I know of a crypto betting platform with a Curacao license that has an exchanger (Bitsler). Does this suggest that they have a different interpretation of the agreement? I'm not an expert in legalities but I'm interested to see what part of the terms is Betfury referring to that's conflicting.
I'm also curious why they have Changelly partnership if that is their reason.

but I withdraw these to binance and than convert these to BNB (for a small fee).
That's not the point. We could easily have a small amount in 10 or 20 cents which is close or less than the fees spent on withdrawals and converting to BNB.

Casinos shouldn't be acting as exchanges because some would rather skirt the withdraw requirements (e.g switch from BTC to BNB if the fees are too high).
I'm not sure what you're getting at. Betfury has implemented a bridge to allow switching from native blockchains to other blockchains (BSC, Tron, Polygon) in order to save on fees.
If they have a problem with exchanging too many coins/tokens, simply limit converting to USDT only like what I already said.
