I think I also have face the same issues few days ago while I came back to betfurry after a long time. And I thought I haven't created any account on betfurry and I go for signup and when I try to create new account and I also found my account got limited.
And immediately I went to their live support and get a solution in a few minute and they unrestrict my account. I hope that if there are no other problems with your account, you will be able to easily restore and make your account unrestricted like me.

If you have followed the advice already given by other's here to try contacting support directly on the Betfury platform, we will like to have an update on the issue and know if it has been resolved and access to your account restored.

Customer support on the Betfury platform is very active, but if you are unable to reach them directly, which I doubt, it is still very possible for you to get some help here.

The longer the term, e.g. 365 days, the higher my reward percentage (APR). I recently deposited some money and am gradually experimenting with it. I left it in flexible mode, which pays less compared to the fixed-term, but it's a great way to test BetFury's staking service in practice... I wouldn't see a problem in setting aside some money and leaving it there yielding APR for 180 days or even 365 days in fixed-term.

Glad to knon that, casinos like BetFury don't care if you use VPNs or not, it's an unnecessary effort to track or limit users who use VPNs, but the service doesn't want a problem with the jurisdiction of the user's country, but it depends on how problematic the jurisdiction of the user's country is.

I only use a VPN when it's absolutely necessary, I rarely need it. But when I've used it in casinos I've never been punished for it or had my account restricted.

Do you get this when you access betfury page or some of its sections? I get this (and surprisingly not always) when I open slots from specific provider and sports betting. As far as I know all countries of Central Europe, you should be from Liechtenstein (not likely ) or Slovak Republic. But I see that you post in German local forum; Germany is ok with betfury. You should not be having any issues. Maybe try mirrors to login?

High time we actually stop judging where a user is forum based on which local board they post constantly on, for as a matter of fact, any nobody can post on any local board with the help of translators, I have a Nigerian friend on this forum who has never posted on our local board, but from time to time does post in the Spanish local board using translators to make his texts in English understandable by his Spanish friends.

Generally speaking though, and not specifically about the user complaining about betfury not being available in his region, for that, I would also advice he try the mirror sites as well, if still not available, I believe this shouldnt be a reason for him to lose his spot in the betfury campaign, he can reach out to the campaign manager for an alternative.

A guy using translators to post on our local board is breaking the rules and Zerato and his alts were spotted some time ago. There are many active people on the Spanish sections so I think we have spotted him already (even if he is not Zerato).


Not only that. If he finally uses the VPN he will have to fill in KYC level 1 data where he will have to include an address. And he cannot put an address from a forbidden country. If, because he wants to play, he invents the address of a permitted country, when he is asked for KYC2 data, which requires documentation, he will also be caught. So, much better to comply with the norm.

Mirrors won't help in this case. If there is a pop-up window showing that a user is from a banned region on the main Betfury domain, the corresponding pop-up windows will appear on all mirrors. In fact, a user won't even be able to register on the Betfury site because of this. So, as you have already mentioned, it's better to contact the manager and try to find an alternative. Or use a VPN, but then a user should realize the possible consequences, i.e. use it only at his own risk.

If he accepts the site using VPN he will be able to use that site but he will face a big problem if his account is asked for KYC verification due to any of his activities.  So always analyze the TOS of a casino site carefully before using that site. And for gambling there using VPN, you should definitely contact the customer support and discuss the issues clearly. Because at any time if the user's account is found to be suspensive while having funds then their account may be suspended as per the terms mentioned in their TOS.  So there should not be such a risk in financial matters where one already has to take a big risk for gambling.
