    We got paid in VNDC from one of our affiliate companies, unfortunately it doesn't look like many exchanges take VNDC - the only exchange out there that takes it seems to be TomoDex aka TomorrowDex.com

    So we deposited the VNDC there and exchanged it to BTC - and tried to withdraw - but it's not possible to make a withdrawal:



    We tried to convert the BTC to ETH and USDT and withdraw but it's showing the same thing:

    You will get: NaN BTC

    Is this website a scam and there is no way to withdraw from that site?

    Afaik, TomoDex is TomoChain exchange, they have ANN here since 2017 and it seems still alive. Have you tried contacting them through Telegram maybe as I can see both TomoChain and TomoDex groups are active and assist those who have issues withdrawing their funds.

    The issue is resolved.
    They have a technical problem with TomorrowDex.com but you can access your wallet via:

    http://bridge.tomochain.com/

    And then you click the last option in that site, then choose to convert TRC21 to BTC or ETH or whatever - and withdraw it.
    It went smoothly!
