Guess this is worth a shot here on bitcointalk. I would like to share my totally horrid experience with 1xbit over the past 3 months.

1xbit confiscated my deposit and winnings which should be over .25 btc in September and closed my account. (I can't even login to quote the correct amount). I was banned from login in and I was sent this email when I contacted them to ask about why I could not login:

"We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."

I have continually emailed them since September and I am being ignored. None of my bets were arbitrage . I went on a winning streak and basically got my account shut down and winnings seized.

No information was provided of how exactly I breached the terms and conditions. Not even any offer of my deposit to be returned was made to me, despite this being part of their Terms and conditions:

"Upon completion of the investigation, the company can make any decision that it deems to be fair and reasonable:
to block (close) the account (including any duplicate accounts), which may entail:
all bonuses, free bets and winnings received from those bonuses and free bets when using this duplicate account becoming void and lost to you  to cancel all winnings and refund the balance of your account at the start of the investigation (minus any canceled winnings) made from your main and duplicate accounts. We also have the right to refund any amounts that are owed to us in connection with this duplicate account, directly from any of your accounts (including any other duplicate account)
At our sole discretion (in exceptional cases), to allow the continued use of the main account and recognize it as valid, while all bets placed by you from the duplicate account will be void, the duplicate account(s) will be blocked and/or canceled by decision of the company (the decision is made for each particular case individually, according to the extent of the violation)"

I would like to take this opportunity on bitcointalk.org to ask 1xbit to kindly allow me to withdraw my winnings as I believe I have been unjustifiably targeted because of going on a winning streak, and then being prevented from withdrawing my winnings.

I sent a DM to the 1xbit user account on bitcointalk to try to get some help, as I want to get my crypto withdrawn. I will update the thread to share what happens.
