Auto-renewals are not possible if the payment is being done directly with Bitcoin. But it may be possible if BitPay or some other payment processor is being used. So it will be quite similar to accepting the payments with credit card. But I am not a big fan of BitPay, BTW. I think that soon not only porn sites will make it possible to pay with cryptocurrency. Soon, payment with cryptocurrency will be the most convenient. You know it is not the first time Bitcoin has been used as an alternative payment option, when centralized payment options blocked their payment options. Can you still remember when Credit card companies and PayPal stopped payments done to "Backpage"? Yes.. Bitcoin stepped in and they saved the day.
