3 years in the making 

Yet another feat and milestone reached for BTC! Congratulations to everyone who still believed that we would reach and exceed the previous ATH. This year is truly shocking. During the first part of the year, we had a low ($3750) and just before the end of the year, we have a high of $20335!  So much changed in the last months for crypto because we have more institutional investors and retailers buying Bitcoin which is more than we can ever have. From the look of things, Bitcoin's price would be between $21K - $23K. The good times are back!

Seems like Paypal played a big role in this. They started buying Bitcoin a few months ago and it reflects on their stock price.

^ we are celebrating BTC touch ATH again, hopefully, in the future, we will see the new ATH from Bitcoin. I'm curious at what price the new Bitcoin ATH will be.

last all time high was around december 17, 2017 and now all time high is december 16 i'm not really sure what to think but do you think it will crash again just like what happened in 2017?

Same feeling actually. It was like a crawling increase of the price and we're like stuck in 19k for weeks. I don't mind though. It's gonna be expected for many people to withdraw right now due to the awaited price that was also eyed back in 2017.
Anyways to those who held from the bearish trend back then when times were like 4k-ish, here is your day now.

Yes, this is it! And I am so happy to those who hold their Bitcoins until now that we are in All Time High. This is just something really awesome that will make us all inspired and much hopeful amidst this pandemic that we are still facing. And I guess, there is something more that this largest crypto currency will show us as time goes on. Let's just brace ourselves for the next highest spike.

Damn. Feels good to see that price - now you guys know why $20k was a psychological level. We can now literally say that nobody who's been holding on to their Bitcoins is on a loss. What I now wonder is whether this is just a beginning of the new bullish cycle or it's gonna sit around $20k 'till 2021.

No, PayPal isn't purchasing Bitcoin. Their customers probably aren't either, since you never really know whether what they're selling is truly BTC or not.

It is a crazy year when bitcoin suddenly crashed to below $4k and within a few months, it climbed to above $10k. At the end of a year, it broke the $20k resistance and try to reach $21k. Crazy year and bitcoin is always a crazy beast.
