I am actually satisfied with Stake.com but I was curious unto why are there so many negative reviews.
Let's see.
First problem upon opening. Your webpage takes a long time to load compared to other online gambling sites. Yes, I tested it and put a timer. It almost took a minute before the whole page was loaded for your website while the other took 15 seconds. Disregarding the internet speed of course.
I think the heavy images is what makes it slower. It's neat and it's cool but for what expense?
Lot of games are offered and that's good. I just hope you could maintain all of them.
So I go over to what I always use and its sports gambling. Mostly basketball.
Bro, you have all the options from spreads, over and under, and props and its also great. But, consider putting it in one neat line and not with two columns because it look messy.
Also, why the hell is everything opened already. The default of it should be closed, right? Let the gamblers pick the options to make it look cleaner.

(Sorry, I don't know what they call that arrow up and down.)
Sidebar is also not helping and it makes it more confusing.
A lot of room for improvement after cleaning up whatever mess you did getting a red tag.
Take out the redundant options which will just confuse your customers. If you think it's already user-friendly, it's not. It gave me a headache looking for what I want to bet for.
I think I'll just let the other users cover for withdrawal and deposit options.
Good luck.
