it's hard even if you make a petition, because basically the popularity in Bangladesh is huge and can't represent the petition you made. but at least people in Bangladesh should be able to coordinate with you. even then it is not enough, the media there is very extreme and will not really respond to things like this. they are in economic turmoil.
So if you really want to make a petition, go ahead, because I'm sure it will at least give you a sense of satisfaction, but the impact on Bangladesh is still not possible.
Cryptocurrencies are the talk of the town in Bangladesh, despite their country's policy still insisting on prohibiting interacting with anything crypto-related.

Yes sir you are absolutely right because our town policy completely opposite of cryptocurrencies business. If cryptocurrencies legalize in Bangladesh, most of the political leaders transfer their black money into cryptocurrencies without any testimony....

Albeit being a known site for creating petitions and whatnot, I don't think change.org is a the best platform to voice out your opinions and your desire to make a petition regarding misinformation of the media in Bangladesh re: cryptocurrencies. It has to be on official channels recognized by your laws in order for it to be valid, or at least be heard and considered. For this you will require lobbyists with friends from high places, but I understand that it's fairly difficult to achieve this. Nevertheless, you can still create communities and whatnot and discuss things in there. Gather support, and possibly connect with people with more connections for your voices to be heard.

You may create such a petition and many people (who concern with crypto so far) may help you fulfilling the petition.
But later, the questions are:
- Are most people in your country concern with crypto? If it is still something not "common", they may not agree with the petition and maybe making it worse.
- What things make your country still legalize crypto? If it is about government concerns, I am not sure that it will succeed. Because we all know the power of government and if most of them don't like it, so, we will get nothing. Except, more than 50% of society in the country maybe agrees with the petition.
- If the petition only has a smaller percentage of the society, it may not work well, the government may create bigger and reasons again why crypto is still illegal.
Moreover, if it is backed with media, media will always spread FUD about crypto to people, and more common people will also hate crypto.

Actually, this also happens in my country for years,
But since 2019, finally, crypto is legal and there is a law about crypto officiall. Maybe it needs more time to wait for, please be patient. Or maybe until the government is changed to another eladership?  

Well, I have community through which I may get 500 sign in for the petition. I think that will be too low to get attention from the media or enough?
There’s another way though. There's a public talk-show- Face the people organized by Saifur Rahman. That would be good but I think I can't reach him.
And there’s no popular site in Bangladesh to share the voice, change.org is more or less popular here.

BD media spread wrong info about cryptocurrency because they don’t know about it properly.

What would the petition do though? I mean if you aren't a powerful and influential person, I don't think that you will be able to change something in your country through petitions.

You don't need to convince anyone as long as you are using the true/safe crypto. What will happen globally will most likely put critics to shame. They will probably try to change the true name of Bitcoin/crypto to something else to be able to handle the shame while using it in difficult times
This is an important moment in history when people choose where they want to be before a coming hurricane hits everything. Alots are currently busy digging pits they could be buried in forever. Responsible people should not be prevented from choosing what's safest and best for them.

Make sure you use the right petition platform. Some petition websites are better because they make it easy to register with Facebook and share the petition with your Facebook friends. You should spend some time finding the best platform for your petition.
