These differently abled people are not taken much into consideration most of the time. We can see differently abled people do all the activities same as common people. At some occasions it is truly hard for them to cope up with the technology, even though the advancement have gone high in terms of development. In the opening post it is said that technology based support development for these people are very expensive. Maybe making technology reach these people in an inexpensive manner will make them use even the high technology development.

Paper money would never be gone as long government do exist then its an absolute thing for it not to happen thats why this kind of what if situation is on impossible to impossible which it cant happen no matter what.

This is impossible, cryptocurrencies will always exist as well as paper money. In my opinion without paper money there crypto will lessvalue for exchange rates.

I am pretty sure that handicapped people are not gonna force themselves to use Bitcoin if they are experiencing difficulties using the modern devices we got these days. It's not like bitcoin would replace the papers right now actually, OP.

Though if they would really like to be involved in crypto, I believe that there is such "Accessibility" feature in every phones these days that allows them to use the phone without having problems.

let alone people with special needs and the elderly, even ordinary people definitely need time to use crypto. for most people, using crypto is quite difficult because there are many things to learn, from basic knowledge of crypto, how to exchange money from fiat to crypto, withdrawals to making fiat again, this is quite complicated and takes time to learn.
so no matter how effective crypto is in facing the challenges of financial problems in the modern era, we still need paper money, instant payments, for ordinary people, yes ... so fiat and crypto will complement each other, not replace each other.

It will find ways to incorporate into every aspect of Human life. Be it senior citizens or junior. It will find a way. Though it'll take time and in that all the juniors of today would become seniors so it itself will get implemented as most of the current younger generation will become addicted to the digital financial system.

I agree that these categories of people are often neglected when it comes to new regulations. However, I think there’s always a way out. Even without currency being fully digitalized, living without a smartphone is tough in today’s world, because so many things are much easier and more available with functions and apps that are only present on smartphones.

I personally don’t know a single person that doesn’t use one, even the elderly are learning these technologies now. I think if it comes to this, and normal life literally won’t be possible without using smart technologies, there will be solutions. For instance, for blind people many functions can be switched to voice control: identification, navigation, and, maybe, someday even payment.

Also, I know that some people (rare cases now, may be popular in the future?) insert special microchip implants in their fingers, which allow them to unblock different things and make payments. I know that it is not perfect, but it solves the problem to some extent.

Whenever something is innovated, these people know about it at last. Because, to make things workout it takes time and very few concern about these people whereas majority move on. I appreciate OP for bringing this into discussion. Recently in a news saw about a cooking guide (book) developed for the blind people. They can just understand and do cooking, maybe some application can be incorporated with these wallets to support usage of cryptocurrency.

If we've got paper currency, these people will easily get used to it within few days of usage, because they're very clear in identifying currencies with specific things.
