    Everything the OP mentioned deserves appreciation, but not a priority considering we never interacted directly. It would be better if we appreciate the closest people we know.  It could be the people who introduced us first, then the people who taught a lot about crypto (anyone including community members). Bitcoin has spread thanks to these "messengers".

    And I don't agree if their efforts are categorized as job, there are some developers distributing their work for free to users and there is even no monetization element such as placing ads, referrals, etc.

    In a world without universal authority, who really has sovereignty over digital money — the law, the servers, or the private key owners?
