    What happened::
    On 18-04-2018 I registered my account and made a deposit on Cloudbet of 0.04580740BTC.
    On 03-05-2018 I placed a couple of winning bets on a soccer match. After the match finished I received an email from cloudbet that my account was blocked to conduct a betting integrity investigation. This could take up to 6 months.

    Fast forward to 2021, I still have not received any message regarding this investigation. I contacted their live chat on april 22th 2021 and they told me that I had to send my documents to verify my account. I have immediately sent them all the documents.

    After 5 months I still have not received any message from them so I entered their live chat again on 07-09-2021. They told me that my account has been closed down due to inactivity for over 12 months. They said the account was closed because there was no balance on the account.

    As I stated earlier, the account was locked due to winning bets on 03-05-2018. Therefore is not possible that there was no balance and it is not possible to close down the account without any notice while having at least 0.0916148BTC in balance. The live chat told me that there is nothing they could do. They can also can not provide me any transaction history because the account is closed and totally blank. I already filed a complain at their licence party: E-Gambling Montenegro. Is there anything else I can do, or can the @Cloudbet customer service pick this up? I really want to get a refund of my funds.
