There is a big changes could be happen tomorrow. Team said to me to minimise the campaign for a while. So I have to make the big changes in this campaign. So I have decided make this campaign for maximum 10 participants. Now please help me, how I should process this changes? Don't take any decision personally. You are all good to me.

I will update the spreadsheet tomorrow and will remove some participants to short the campaign for 10 users.

Hopefully campaign will be back to normal in near future. Thank you.

It's sad to hear that. I suppose this is due to the bear market.

In the campaign I am currently in they have also reduced the budget.

The most logical thing would be to keep the best posters, sujonali1819, taking into account the quality, merit earned being one indicator but not the only one.

You also say that you have decided that there will be 10.

Let me tell you: in our case there were 40 of us in the campaign and the budget was reduced to 25% of the initial one. So the manager thought initially about reducing to 10 participants only, but in the end he thought it was better to stay with 15 participants and reduce the number of paid posts.

In your case you don't have much room but maybe you could reduce the number of paid posts to 20 and keep some more participants.

This is going to be hard decision to select most capable participants.

For you to balance equation and maintain your participants, i suggest that you should reduce the payment rate of the participants from hundred dollars payment to seventy dollar and check if the funds given by blackjack can serve to maintain all the participants.

Because using the budget of ten participants from the previous budget, if it's reduced to seventy dollar for participants it will add more participants and any participants that does not like the payment rate can change campaign. The selection of the most good posters will be tough because many of the blackjack participants post reasonably. Check their profile one by one

Has the management already evaluated other solutions, likewise... reduce the amount paid per post or the total number of posts paid?

generally speaking @OP this is a difficult choice to make because there are several factors to keep in mind.

from my personal point of view... quality in the forum is "measured" by merits and it's the only "valuable" fact to be keep in mind.
users who write quality posts are "rewarded" in this way and in general this type of evaluation is used to understand "who spams" or creates "valuable contents".

I would use this criteria (example merit in the last 120 days/full history of merits) to understand who creates content of a certain level = more people read its contents = more visibility to the signature....

Whatever decision sujonali1819 will render I will respect it, but I would like to suggest just cutting the payout to $60 and so they can retain all of us, I believe the team is good and quality posters, you cannot get in the sujonali1819 campaign if you are not a good poster.

For me, it's a win-win situation I don't know about my teammates but honestly, I want to stay in a campaign where I am more comfortable until the admin decides to end the campaign I'm sure all of us feel the same way, I hope the admin decision is not final and he will reconsider but this is just a suggestion subject to our team's support.

Rethink your calculation, my friend. If there are 29 participants that can get paid a maximum of $100, that makes $2900 per week. If sujonali1819 is thinking of reducing to 10 participants, he has been given a weekly budget of approximately $1000. 29 participants multiplied by $60 is $1,740. Therefore, not everyone will be able to stay in the campaign if the payout is cut to $60 per participant.

When it comes to picking the participants, it's probably best to have some form of criteria.

No matter what the results are in the upcoming change, surely all of us will understand it as you've been a great manager to us with all the updates and stuff.

I know that is really hard produce quality content not only in the "gambling" section but in the whole forum! 

Don't reduced the pay as you could lose some high quality members that other high playing campaign will be willing to accept if open slots are announced or new campaign are launched so instead stick to your initial decision of reducing the participants. Times like this are hard for CM as any decision you make in your selection could be misinterpreted but I believe you'll do what's best for the company and not let your emotions get the best of you.

I'll be withdrawing my participation in the campaign not because I was offered any slot in other ongoing campaign but just to reduced the work load of you chosing participants to keep. If the campaign wants to increase slots in the future and I'm not occupied I'll apply but for now there are other qualified members and I think I'm among the newly accepted participants so other should have an edge to continue the advertisement.
