We processed 2k withdrawal for him. He sent another 8k withdrawal which is now pending.

@cryptostuneris, are you required to play on other games before you can withdraw or you just became impatient on waiting. I’m already starting to believe that your profit is legit since they allow you to play it again on other games that has low max bet so that you will lose due to house edge.

@owlgames, Please provide the full transparent report on his game log before you will close his case since we need to know if he really cheat or not because you should take some liability in case his game is really clear from cheat since he loss his money due to messing around on his account.

Even I can understand the frustration on his side. You allow only to withdraw his initial deposit and unfreeze his account while his asset is stuck in there. Obviously his money is just trap without the game he is comfortable to win.
