Exactly, the accuser has to make his own review on the site and what conspired the losing of the coin. I am thinking that he deposited the coin in a wrong mixer address. Or he didn't follow the procedure very well.

With which wallet software or app? Or when I entered the site I would see what to do and create the wallet address there? Mixer is new to me. But I have small idea because I have seen it in the forum and also I have mixed coins in Utopia Mixing service but Utopia's Mixer has app and when you sign up and login then you see the home page and other features to perform. But I don't think tours is the same with Utopia app and software.
