If you feel you are being scammed by Moonbet then you can create a scam accusation topic in the Scam Accusation Board, but if you can solve it via communicating through their customer support then that is better.  Just use the Scam accusation board as the last option to get your money.


All it needs is proper communication but I wonder why Moonbet closes his account, I do not think Moonbet admin will do something without any valid reason.  More or less there is something in that case that lead for the closure of the account.

I still haven't heard why they closed my account when I made the withdraw.
My account first got limited so I couldn't bet anymore so I wanted to withdraw 3500 USDT, thats when my account got closed.

I really want to solve this and I got nothing to hide. I can make a KYC or whatsoever, its not fair to close my account and leave me hanging like this.

Of course I have been in contact with their live support but I dont get any answers. Since I connected with metamask no email registration was required. Yesterday when I asked about why my account has been closed I was told "Today its Sunday so dont expect any answers."

I mean, if you take a decision to close an account you should be ready to give an answer to why immediately. It should be enough for me to ask about this in their official chat on their official website.

I have spoken to a person in charge on the Moonbet telegram. After raising my issue I was told that my account was closed because I had an account before at owl.games. I don't know why this should even be a problem. It's like having an account with Unibet and William hill, different companies but the same provider.
I haven’t heard anything from them since I raised the issue even though they said it was going to take a couple of hours.

Regardless of whether this matter is going to get resolved or not, I think it is very poorly handled from Moonbet. You don't close someone's account, take their money and leave them on hold because they had an account elsewhere. This whole situation is just so unnecessary. I shouldn't have to waste my time chasing these people on different platforms to fix a problem I didn’t even cause.

Your issue has been addressed several times, both on Telegram and in the forum.

We have been completely transparent in stating that the initial winner did not fill out the proper Twitter criteria and then we selected the correct winner.

Please do not say "Beware and please consider for betting at Moonbet.io" just because you are unhappy that you did not win the competition.

There will be more competitions coming and if you wager enough, you will be able to win!

Though I've not checked or read you scam accusation against moonbet, but from what you explained here, if the issue of not being transparent is the reason why you opened a scam accusation against them, then i would personally say that the accusation is uncalled for, as long as you bet and lost the bet, not that you won and they refused to pay you, or you were denied your withdrawal request without genuine reasons, then there is no reason to accuse the casino of scam, lack of transparency on how a winner is chosen for a certain competition is not enough reason to tag a casino as scam.   

Calling them a scam casino is uncalled for and frankly, no basis. You even said it yourself, it is just an "accusation".
Also, did you participate in that said contest? 'Cause if you did, your reason for throwing out accusations can't be 100% valid as you have a clear motive to taint this casino's name and rep; You're butthurt salty that you did not win the contest.
You pointed out their mistake, and they fixed it, and even goes to an extent of clarifying their mistake, yet you're still not moving on. 
Regardless of that, this matter should have already been closed as a new winner was already announced and rewarded (too bad it isn't you though).

What I mean is since the contest in which you first called "fake" in your accusation thread was already proven to be real by the Moonbet team by announcing the right winner and rewarding him, that should end your suspicions towards them.
Yet, here you are pointing at another supposed issue of transparency; what's next? are you gonna ask for the full identity of the winner as well?

Yep, I'm totally not on your side which I feel like that's obvious, I'm not butthurt salty like you who is so hard pressing an issue that's already been resolved. Just let it go and move on man. You bet, you lost. That's gambling for you.
