Don't try to fix something, if it's not broken. Paper and ink have proven to be effective means of backing up private keys (seed phrase). Having multiple backups helps to act as a fail safe and should be encouraged too, but I can't see a single need to want to carry my seed phrase around in my tooth implants.

The biggest con is that a regular guy cannot do this by themselves and would need the help of a professional. Any aspect of safeguarding my seed phrase that would mean exposing it to someone else (who in this case would handle the engraving) is a big risk and one I would not be willing to take.

I personally cannot see any pros to this.

I must be sincere with you, this is the most ridiculous thing, or should I call it idea, I've heard on the discussion of how to safely store our private keys/seed phrases.

I personally would never try this even if it becomes one of the means through which private keys/seed phrases can be stored , and I do not encourage any one to.

Like Upgrade00 said, I also see no pros here, all I see is cons, and I will mention just three.

1. (inline with what Upgrade00 said) Your private keys/seed phrase is no longer private since you will have no choice but to expose it to a second party who will do the engraving, and possibly to a third party too, who will do the implant ~ and remember the saying that... A secret known by two or three persons is no longer a secret.

2. It puts your life in danger - those who know you have such a thing planted in you can plot against you, they can have you drugged or even killed, just to steal your gold teeth.

3. It will lead you into being restless and always anxious - imagine you are asleep, and someone, touches your cheek (it can be your wife, daughter or son patting your cheek) and you quickly jump up from your sleep thinking someone wants to remove/steal your gold teeth - yeah, it is absolutely possible.

There are several other disadvantages of doing this, I just mentioned 3, I leave the rest for other users to dig out.

Really does it necessary? Seems to me ridiculous. Isn't it enough to maintain a notebook to write all your crypto credentials? And of course, keep it in secure places with multiple copies. What if someone knows you hide your private keys on your tooth? Your doctor would read it and might be compromised as well. Where we have an easy way to save why need to choose complexity? Walking straight is better than walking the winding road.

I definitely would not be experimenting on new ways to store my assets for the mere fun of it, when there already is a reliable method I can use.

As I pointed out earlier; it's not something one can do on their own, so definitely someone would get to know. Trusting that person(s) to maintain the privacy of my request and procedure is not something I would risk.

I think more carefulness must be ensured when it comes to safeguarding our private keys or seed phrase as the case maybe, if care is not taken then we will begin to loose the privacy while at the aim of securing it, anything service that you will need the inpact of a third party in handling your keys then is not safe, any other thing can be stored while using this method but not your keys, also what are the proffs that this method will not impose toxic on human health or tooth over a long time, remember mouth is always wet with all manner of food we eat daily, is there any guarantee that there wont be reactions from the mouth towards the embedded keys on the tooth over time to wash way, fade or break.

I can definitely see a pro to this.  Personally, I have never lost a tooth.  They are always right in my mouth where they belong and I feel like they're pretty safe.  Being able to know that your private keys are safely with you like this would be a relief to travelers or people without a safe space to store their keys. 

You do make a good point about needing a dental professional to help "install" them, which could be a concern.  If you were able to do it though, it would be pretty cool in my eyes.  So long as you never let anyone know or else you may have boxers following you around.

The question arises here, who does the dental implant. To print or place the private keys within the implant you need the support of the dentist or a dental technician who make the implant. In this concern the private key is viewed by one or two more person. Do you think this to be an effective way. Maybe this can work, but I find this to be the disadvantage.

Oh my gosh, okay that's it.

WE SAY NO TO: Dental implants, magic mugs, emojis, photos, grids of words, and any other nonsense that is capable of producing or hiding a seed phrase.

WE SAY YES TO: Paper wallets and simple, smart hideouts that exist outside yourself.

So many ways to securely store your coins but you choose dental implants? Why would anyone do that? Not safe at all and one of the worst ways to store your private keys I guess. Imagine someone knows about the private keys. He would literally knock off your teeth to steal your bitcoins.

Pros? I don't know. Cons? Super expensive. And the pain and hassle you have to go through every time you need to recover your bitcoin using private keys.
