I was hoping the ban could be bypassed by creating a review website/blog etc explaining what mixing is and linking to an actual service, but looks like it's not going to work.

I also saw the campaign manage by Royse, it's running but the pay-per-post has drastically reduce, well, justifiable though since it doesn't have huge traffic like bitcoin.

Not true, that campaign isn't yet running, it's in the pipeline as preparation of the change over from Bitcointalk(BCT) to ACT which is expected to take off after the 31st of December when mix*Rs get banned here, and I think rates could go up once a budget is set and sooner or later traffic is certainly going to increase drastically once these campaigns officially launch all at once and rates will compete with sigs here..
