I started earning money online before crypto through affiliate marketing and other, I still have my tools and I feel like taking the next step to crypto and online casino, I am looking for list of online casinos that pays people for referring other people even if they have to make deposits first, what is important to me is finding the highest paying ones as I have ways of promoting that I believe will not fail me or waste my time, also is there anyone into this type of side income thing? What type of  advice can you give a dude like me?

Here you still need to figure out who and what their major players in the market for promoting and advertising online crypto casinos are now in the top in their activities. 

I think that there are at least several dozen such teams working on the global gambling market.  Of course, many of the marketing teams work for the interests of specific casinos.  But, I think there are those who themselves choose with whom to cooperate. 
Of course OP is trying to break into a very competitive and segmented market by promotion profile. 
And this is generally very, very difficult, even with serious developments and even know-how. 
But it's still worth trying, and I wish the OP to continue his search for acceptable solutions to the issue.

Most of the gambling sites do offer a referral program were people could sign up using your affiliate link of some betting site such sportybet, 22bet and one other site so, but I don't think this could be easily accessed from your country. I mostly use it as local betting site often know within my country anyway, you may try and see if is accessible to you. I do love your passion to expand and multiply your level of income.

However, if it is used as material for consideration and experimentation, it is not the right idea because the casino will definitely spend a lot of money to be able to pay those who participate as casino promotion affiliates.
Maybe it's possible for some forum users who are new to be interested and try the casino but over time they will definitely choose to move to another casino that is bigger and more popular, not that I'm not sure about affiliate promotions but because it was like me the first time Entering the world of crypto gambling, I was more interested in casinos that gave quite good promotions, but over time I myself was able to find out about almost all casinos and now prefer to use the big and most popular casinos as my mainstay casino.
If you can do it on other social media and make live streaming events it might be more effective for affiliate programs because of course many social media users still don't know much about crypto casinos so they will be interested in being able to try it.

But one thing again to consider about big casinos is that, there is always the possibility that the next person you are about to refer already have an account on that casino, take for example myself now, anybody trying to refer me to any casino that launched or has an Ann on this forum is pretty much wasting their time because, I have an account with every single casino that launched on this forum, even though I don't play on those casinos, I just sign up there and leave the account.

So personally, I think finding a casino that is not yet big, but has the potential to become very big in the future, is a good idea for referral job, most especially, if the said casino pays well.
