Did you check your betting history - assuming you were placing bets on something else at the same time (possibly with a different device)?

If you can show your balance decreasing by several $200 when you are placing a $2.40 bet, that's something you can flag to support but otherwise I can't see what the issue is

it did show that your credit suddenly lost 202, 130 and then 258 but it also, showed that your credit suddenly increased from 151 credit to 293 then from 293 to 432 and so on(the increasing and decreasing continued until the message that you need more funds to place the bet popped up). if you ask me, it looks like a visual bug and your actual credit was depleted or as the message said, not enough.

Something is not right about that. Your balance increases and decreases in the hundreds even if you are wagering $2.40 per spin. At 0:15 in the video, you don't even win, but it takes your balance up from $556 to $676. And then in the following spin, it goes down from $676 to $546. It continues going crazy all the time even after that. At one point going from $414 to $156.

Another example. At 0:33, you don't win but your balance still increases from $151 to $293. A few seconds later, it goes up to $432, then down to $277. Etc., etc.

I don't think those bets happened in those amounts. It must be a bug as some people mentioned. It would have been more credible if your video also showed you betting history where everyone could see hundreds of dollars being wagered and your balance going up and down in those amounts.

I saw OP's video and something doesn't add up given the amount he set to bet per spin. Without the actual betting history, it's hard to take his accusation seriously. Worst of it he deleted his account.

But I believe it's just a case of an upset gambler who has lost all the sum in a bet and is still in denial. Those slot games can be brutal at times.

It's possible that the @OP doesn't have enough knowledge or understanding of creating backups which could be his own inexperience in the world of betting. It's a persons own  choose to delete their accounts for many reasons, and some of which has nothing to do with this situation.

I think that it's possible that the @OP has lost the money as a result of technical glitch or and error or maybe because of his own irresponsibility. However, we still can't take those claims as truth without proper supporting evidence, and we all know that betting is a high risk activity in which a user can lose the bet anytime.

That was a very bad idea if you have an issue you never delete your account until the issue is resolved because you will need all the pieces of evidence you need to back up your claims, this does not only apply to online casinos but on all platforms, now how can Rollbit trace the account if its nowhere to be found.
This is the first time I discover a complainant deleting his account may be out of frustration but this complaint will get nowhere without the betting history, so the lesson here is if you have a valid complaint secure your pieces of evidence first and let the casino delete your account not you.

So the OP is now disappeared. It's common nowadays, People are just creating new accounts and accusing some popular platforms with brand New IDs. We always support the accuser and think always platform is evil. But it's time to avoid if the accuser is a Brand New id. They know bitcointalk is the most sensitive place for a crypto project and they are just trying to manipulate and destroy the reputation of a popular platform.  

He cannot do that anymore as he deleted his account out of anger I think he doesn't have a copy of his betting history because if he does have it, he should have already posted it here in this thread, the accusation seems legit based on the video but videos can be manipulated it's the betting history where he can prove that his allegation is true, I don't know if he is a newbie or just forgotten it, he is the one who can clarify this.
I've seen gamblers losing hundreds of thousands but still sober to compile his evidences and this is only $350 its still a big amount but nothing compared to those who lose hundreds of thousand of dollars but manage to still become sober.

He should, Rollbit need not drop here to answer the weight of the evidence is on the accuser, if he cannot show something as strong as betting history like all the past accusers are doing he cannot prove it with only a video, the video looks real but there's a possibility of editing with so many tools available online, I don't want to accuse OP but he needs something to back up on what's on the video so we can compare what's on the video and what's on the history.
