If you control the keys of the wallet that you transferred the coin to, import the seed phrase on Electrum or Bluewallet and use CPFP for it.

OP image is not clear, but the fee rate used is not up to 7 sat/vbyte if you check it very well. It is around 6.11 or 6.31 sat/vbyte or so. The fee needed to use ViaBTC free accelerator is 10 sat/byte. The wallet will not likely support RBF too.

In the case a transaction hasn't been flagged as RBF, you can't bump its fee, even if you import your wallet into a wallet supporting RBF.


Viabtc doesn't rebroadcast transactions. If you submit your transaction to Viabtc, they will include it in the next block mined by them. That's different from rebroadcasting.
Note that for using ViaBTC free service, the fee rate must be equal or greater than 10 sat/byte. Otherwise, you have to use their paid service.

The image you shared doesn't help us know if your transaction has been flagged as RBF or you can use CPFP.
Can you share your transaction ID here? (Note that with sharing the transaction ID, you may harm your privacy.)

Unfortunately, mempool is clogged since the Brc-20 ordinals hype, you can no longer send 1 sat/vB as fee. Looking at the current mempool state, your transaction or the fee that you used is very low, and it might take sometime to be pickup by miners. Not sure if xverse wallet has RBF as others have said, if not, then you can't do anything about it but to wait. Usually transactions stays in the mempool for 2 weeks and it no miners pick it up, then it will revert back to your xverse wallet.

Edit: unfortunately, the wallet does not support RBF or it might not have been activated.

First of all know this that you cannot cancel a transaction that has been sent or reverse it, you also needs to check the wallet address you used and reconfirm that if it's correct and there's no single omission on the receiving address, but even though your transactions fee was that low I don't think so it should get more than two days before it gets confirmed, especially now that the issue of high transaction fee has come down and the network isn't as congested as before, maybe you should try to import your wallet on electrum and pump the fee, you can also use viabtc mining pool to decrease this transaction confirmation time, lastly i hope it's not an issue resulting to spending of unconfirmed transaction.

So, there is no way to use CPFP and you have to wait.

If you had marked the transaction as eligible for RBF, you could have resubmitted the transaction with a higher fee.

But, because you did not or could not, your only option is CPFP, which is a technique in which the receiver sends the bitcoins they are receiving from you with a very high fee to somewhere else. The high fee motivates miners to confirm your transaction so that they can then confirm the new transaction and get its fee.

However, since an exchange controls the receiving address and they are unlikely to help, you will just have to wait.

hosseinimr93 has given you the right answers. The fee of 6.71 sat/vbyte is too small. I will advice you to import your sender wallet seed phrase on Electrum or Bluewallet and wait until you can rebroadcast the coin again. It can take two weeks.

It's rare to see someone send bitcoin below 10 sat/vb considering how quickly the transaction fees shoot up lately. It's getting lower recently with lowest being confirmed at 8 sat/vb so you could get lucky with your ~7 sat/vb today. Just hope that no "attacker" would spam the network again hehe.
