It looks like you might have uploaded your document for verification earlier before the time for this account locking; if not, how can they just make the KYC place look like you have uploaded something? (Nothing is hard for them to do.)

On the same day, the 16th, you had already withdrawn $1770, which was a success, or was the 1770 the amount used to wager your game?
If not, why did they allow you to withdraw the first one and disable the second one when you tried to withdraw it?

You should read their ToS completely especially the AML policy. You deposit and place 2 bets after you deposit then withdraw. You will probably trigger their security for a suspicious mixing using their casino. Most of the casino has a wagering requirements for the deposit before you can withdraw it. Failure on completing before withdrawal will surely trouble you to do KYC because you demonstrate a money launderer like activity.

Just do the KYC because that’s their policy. You should know that if you read the ToS before you deposit especially a significant amount.

Try re-uploading your image to https://www.talkimg.com/. If your image upload is not supported by the forum, maybe something is wrong with it or the image contains something not supported by the forum. I tried quoting the image, but it's not working.
You should try and contact any authority you know could help you out with this; it's your money, and you have the right to do whatever you know will make you get all your money back.

This is the first time I saw something like this, you try to submit information but the platform tells otherwise and that you submitted it, I support the call to send a pm to the support and tell them that you have not yet submitted the document.

The worse I can think of is they will tell you that they decline the first submission even though it's not your submission and tell you that it's final, this could be another trick but we'll see I hope I'm wrong and they will let you submit your documents.

I managed to successfully upload the correct information now which is VERY intrusive and privacy concerning to begin with

3. Utility bill
Images have to be less than 1MB too

For the fact that the user is a newbie who woke up from a long time of inactivity to create an accusation is something that doesn't go down well with many of us here,  but there is no validity to ops accusation but just that the accusation lacks some basic information and correlation to get the most needed attention including that of the casino involved BC. Yeah, You withdraw part of your deposit but still you didn’t complete the x1 wagering requirements with your 2 bets since you will need a final balance of 4K USD in able to do that since your balance is still short while you have few bets. This is just my opinion, they hold the remaining balance you still didn’t complete the wagering requirements for your total balance while you are withdrawing the rest already.

Also, Your screenshot shows that you didn’t reply right the live support became online. Do you contact live support after that first attempt? They might overlook your concern since you posted your issue before the live support attend to your case.

I think those documents are pretty standard for KYC procedure, is it not? Not necessarily intrusive. An advanced KYC would even require Source of Wealth, SoW, and that's pretty much a common standard by casinos as part of their AML/ATF compliance.
