Lotto.com is a premium domain and they have similar product so the original lotto will get free visitors from their marketing 😉
but still, for me, the choice of "l0tt0" is a bad choice, it would have been better if he had chosen a domain name more unique on its own.
We can't make a conclusion. With consistency and dedication a name can brand themselves and can make a space in their users mind. I hope they have enough marketing budget and they do enough business to spend money on marketing.
