Yea this is a true fact. I feel there is going to be a point where everyone will know about cryptocurrency and that’s gonna be an added advantage that is more than just making profit along because the world is going more digital and we need to keep abreast of the changes in technology.

Most of us really think this is the reason why we are into crypto. It is really like a business where you are after sales, and the second one is to serve or help your customers, but the main reason is for money. Like in crypto, your second reason would be using it as a payment method, as it is fast, easily seen, and also decentralized. Though there are really few people who are into crypto because of its usage, they are using it on a daily basis, like for payment or sending money all over the world, but again, only a few of them.

My reasons for adopting...i think it's meant to be bitcoin but if you actually mean crypto currency then sure.
The no 1 reason why I'm into crypto currency is cause, fiat currency is losing its values every single day. Bitcoin is volatile, sure, but it's way much more better as a store of value than the fiat currency.
Also, I see crypto currency as a revolution, and just by owing a fragment of it, I am also part of this revolution.
Thirdly, it's a really cool asset. We're in the 21st century, and investments just keeps on getting better and better. I'm a futuristic kind of person and I strongly believe that bitcoin investors are going to be the richest in years to come.

These are good points actually, talking about becoming richest set of people, there are some things you need to put into consideration, like the exchange you use to invest, the project itself and the best time to invest.

what must be the reason for investing aside from earning or profiting ?
isn't hypocrite to say that we are not here for money?

though we can say that we can use it for something more appropriate but how can we deny the idea that there are forms of making money inside?

but for me the main reason of adopting crypto is that I can have funds away from government , and also I can use some of it to gamble and pays online transactions easily .

Being here for profit is not a bad thing and it will never be. We have our own reasons why we are having courage to invest in anything we think would be profitable. I've seen many people in this forum being so passionate about this blockchain but for sure we all know we won't spend our holdings on a daily basis. Saying how you love this industry's advantages won't make it better. It still has limitations and there's nothing wrong just being practical of it. It would be easy to say you want to encourage other to use crypto as a mode of payment but if you yourself hesitates to do so, simply because you don't want to miss the opportunity to earn profit by holding, that is indeed hypocrissy.

This industry is still in progress of development and by any means we are using it depends on ourselves solely. We could have different reasons and ways of using this blockchain, that's how free we are.

Well we can't deny that most of the people here in the crypto industry, their main reason to learn and have knowledge is for sure to have an advantage of decentralized and volatile situation of the crypto. So in short, we all are aiming to earn money and profit as well. I don't know what could be the other reason for some people than earning or profit but in my case, I also want to secure my future by just simply investing or holding Bitcoin. Why?

We all know that the inflation keep rising and rising every year so instead of the money being less valuable due than the market's price. I rather put it at investment cause Bitcoin might reach it's bull run anytime now since we can't predict it. Passive income, money sources, money laundering, profiting as long as it's involved money for profit it's the main reason.

Yes that’s true, but as human we all want the profit too. We just have to be careful and vigilant.
