Which is not possible. When bitcoin was created, some people will not mine it even if they can use their personal computer to mine it. Even if they can use their phone to mine it, most people will not still do that. There are bitcoin critics and there are some people that will support bitcoin. It is now that bitcoin has gained world recognition that more people want to buy it. That is what OP is not getting correctly. I hope he will create his own coin and give it to people all over the world and see if that is even possible. Given it to more people only also means that the coin is not having value or of little value. But most people will see it not having value and will not even accept it.

You know that it will take ages to mine the last Bitcoin in the supply which makes your whole point wrong that there will be 100% supply mined which will make it like fiat? You need to do some calculations bud. Every Halving, the number of Bitcoins per block as a reward goes half and also, the difficult increases which will surely make the last Bitcoin to be mined impossible according to me.

Fiats are different than Bitcoin as they can be printed more and more, unlimited by governments and their central banks.

Bitcoin has a limited supply which is capped at 21M bitcoin. No government, nobody can make a code and create more bitcoin, can not mint or print more than that cap like fiats.

How is the 21 million bitcoin cap defined and enforced?

Well kids these days tend to believe the garbage they read on social media not to mention how it can make them do literary anything (look at their "looting parties" across US and EU where they gather around to loot different shops!).

The difference between bitcoin and fiat is not how much of it is mined or is going to be mined. The difference is that fiat is 100% centralized and unless you want to break the law in a lot of countries and go full cash anonymous, you are using it through a centralized service like a bank that monitors your ever step and has its hand in your pocket.
This is while bitcoin is decentralized and you don't need any third parties and nobody has or can have its hand in your pocket.

P.S. you also don't know the meaning of the word "premine" it is wrong to use for bitcoin with 100% mined supply and it is wrong to use for fiat that keeps being printed without cap lol

bitcoin will enter the real deflation stage when 100% BTC is mined. it is just my opinion but I think the volatility will be decrease in significant rate the price will tend to rise although it is very slowly. bitcoin provide many advantages for us such as the ease of transactions, fast transaction, and full control over it. I was felt the impact of inflations because I am too much saving money in form of fiat, i feels the value of my money decrease so much.
