Laughable ? A casino service like Shuffle ? Like what, using bots to increase a rating on trustpilot , after hundreds of people are having the same problem with paying.Everyone can share their thoughts on the situation , no ofense , but have you been in a situation like this.Those money are vital for my living and there is nothing Laughable ser.

2 months! That's too long time already. What is the actual problem? Aren't they accepting the KYC documents which have been provided by you? Which steps of KYC verification has created the issue? Shuffle isn't a scam casino. We usually see complaints related to 'proof of address' and 'source of funds' verification against different casinos like this. In most of the cases, users managed to complete the verification after so many unsuccessful attempts.

Can you provide evidence of the withdrawal under review? Moreover, show your objections with the support of the casino, so that this claim is real and not just nonsense.

Do you need to know if you have read the terms and conditions? Or the casino is investigating your winnings ... it could be that you first deposited and then won a large amount and immediately withdrew it, then this is a concern for the casino fearing abuse.

It's laughable. Because your account has been flagged doesn't actually mean that the casino/service is actually a "scam". What it actually means is the casino is doing their job of making sure that there are no nefarious entities doing nefarious things in and through the casino.

Plus the number of the same complaints in other casinos could probably also mean that they could be used as a mixer/tumbler too, to obfuscate outputs.

I'm NOT accusing you, but if your account is flagged, then you might need to wait until it's verified as a false-positive.

I'm not saying that the casino is a COMPLETE scam , but from my experience ( I've worked in DK as a trader ) so far it looks like they won't pay my money, If you take a close look of all screenshots that I've posted you can see that I'm not a VIP client but close to be VIP, my wagers on every event were good,fast withdrawal, fast deposit , good bonuses-I'm gambler - from my calculations like -50k overall.If the casino values the clients there will be communication.All I've got from them is accusation without any evidence.As i said , I've tried multiply times to reach out to them, to discuss the situation and the only thing that I've got is banned from the live chat and no response.Also i'm still getting week/montly bonuses so it means that the account is still good, but how can i deposit in that situation

Anyway, the most interesting part is your "Join Date" at Shuffle. Your account was created on the 26th of March month. It means your account isn't even one month old now. Then, how can your withdrawal be under review for 2 months?

That's interesting! Casinos usually block the account or restrict the bonuses of the users when the user is accused of having multiple accounts. Looks like the investigation of the "sporting body" hasn't completed yet. As a result, you are able to claim the bonus and your withdrawal issue hasn't been resolved yet. Still, Shuffle team should give some replies to you on time to time as it has already taken too much time.
