From the first place I saw the title of this thread, I thought it would end up in which one I prefer. Well, I will choose cryptocurrency, and even among the cryptocurrencies, I will choose bitcoin to invest in as it is the one that I think will be safer for me. The reason why I will prefer bitcoin to crypto is because I can start with a small amount of money and, with time, invest more once in a while, while real estate cannot be done with a small amount of money. If you really want your estate to look good, people should come and stay there. It will require significant amounts of money, so you can see that crypto will be the easiest one.

Sure. Everybody wants to leave in a good place, but real estate investment and bitcoin investment cannot be the same thing, even though both will generate profit. There is  difference, in my opinion. It will be kind of difficult to make  investment in real estate with a little amount of money since you stated that someone will love to live in a big and nice apartment. Can a big and nice flat be done using a small amount of money, like crypto investments? You know, with the current economy, it cannot be done. But when you talk about bitcoin investment, you can see that you will use a small amount of money and invest, and it will definitely generate profit.

Real estate have many disadvantages e.g. not liquid, the land or the building can be owned by a gangster, natural disaster etc.

Most of cryptocurrency aren't decentralized, only few coins are decentralized e.g. Bitcoin. Bitcoin on the other hand don't have any disadvantages that the real estate have, Bitcoin is liquid, can't be controlled by other people as long as it's not compromised, immune against natural disaster or any other possible worst thing happen e.g. world war.

Yes, I am Not joking here as according to my local tax laws I'm supposed to pay when I turn my coins into fiat money, so I hold for as long as I can and trade OTC as much as I can. Fortunately, barter transactions are impossible to track, so you can sell bitcoin for cash all you want and exchange it to goods and services as long as the other party is ready to accept BTC as payment.

I'm also a guy who likes to have things under control. When I own a piece of land I have to be aware of every single thing and fight for it every single day. I'll give you an example. I have a property near the woods. One day it got hit by a lightning and it damaged lights on the gate and the intercom. I had to replace that. The other day, a tree fell on the fence, I had to go there, cut it down, fix the fence. And this is a property that nobody lives on and I still have to pay taxes and pay for natural damages. I don't have similar problems with my bitcoin.

Why don't you invest all the money back into buying Bitcoin when the bearish market come instead of buying Real estate that'll be too expensive and your little money won't give you more units to sell to make profits but when you invest all that money into buying Bitcoin, it'll give you a larger amount and increase the profits that you'll be making when you sell it during the bull market. There's a lot of profits that can be made from investing in Bitcoin.

Bitcoin is cheaper to buy and holds more potential than Real estate or other investment, bitcoin is easier to sell because you can transfer your coins to any exchange and exchange your Bitcoin for other cryptocurency or stablecoin instantly without waiting for a buyer.

I will definitely prioritize real estate over crypto investment. Simply because there is more secured and consistent profits we can gain from real estate than the high risk crypto investment. However, it’s not enough reason I would also ignore crypto particularly bitcoin investment. After all, any small amount is a good start to invest in crypto. And when I’m already in profits, then I can easily increase the size of my investment until I can definitely say that I’m also a big investor with bitcoin.

This can be a good strategy especially if you have a bigger capital for investment. However, the opposite is what I will advise for those will smaller capitals, invest in Bitcoin first then expand in real estate once you earn a good enough profit. Despite the higher risk in Bitcoin investment, you wouldn't need that big of capital and it wouldn't take that long to see profit as long as you know the right decisions and time to make the investment, as for real estate you have to start with a big capital.

The reason people don't like real estate is because they don't have enough money to own and invest in it, they choose bitcoin because it can help them make great profits with significant amounts of money and quickly.  that's also the reason I chose to invest in bitcoin, but I won't lie that I don't like real estate like many others.

To be honest, no one wants to own assets like gold or real estate, but because owning those things requires a lot of money and they are not profitable like bitcoin.  meanwhile we are poor people, have little capital and we need an asset that can help us earn a lot of money, and that is why bitcoin was chosen.

An investor can invest his money in any platform as per his desire for investment. No other platform has the benefits of investing in Bitcoin. No one can give high returns like investing in Bitcoin. Moreover, an investor can get the expected returns by investing less money than real estate business. A long-term investment plan is essential when it comes to cryptocurrencies. On the other hand a real estate business  also needs long term investment. Overall real estate business requires both time and money and an investor has to solve various problems. Comparatively I think investing in Bitcoin is a much easier and less risky investment platform than real estate business. So i prefer Bitcoin investment as crypto currency.

Given the prevailing economic circumstances, my unwavering choice would be Bitcoin. Like some people here, real estate is still a luxury asset for me even though I also enjoy investing in real estate. But if I had more money or people had more money, I would advise them to diversify their investments into real estate. Again, this has been asked here many times and most people will choose bitcoin because this is a bitcoin forum as well as everyone's economy is not rich.

Actually, both of these things are good and most of the people I know in my area now, on average, really like choosing real estate. But for those who are already familiar with the crypto space and cryptocurrencies in some markets, they tend to prefer both at this point by sorting their finances into two parts. The first one is for real estate and the remaining one is for cryptocurrencies, meaning both options are actually equally good now and as long as one can afford both, I think they are very good options too.

Personally I also like real estate besides cryptocurrencies, but for now I am more focused on cryptocurrencies first because this year is an opportunity for everyone to collect more cryptocurrencies which have the potential to increase in the next year. But on the one hand, I also plan to bring the profits from cryptocurrencies into real estate investment slowly and gradually, because this could also be very useful for my future personally.
