I believe they will respond into your case because they've taking care many accusations against them.

It looks like ignoring message isn't nothing new for them since there's an user had a same experience like you.

I saw this similar thread on the gambling board. If the accused account, which happens to be the casino representative, appears to be inactive, I think either the OP or any member can just send a PM here on the forum.

If they happen to use a valid email, at least the mail notification could be able to drag back their attention here on the forum, as the PM will be detailed enough with the accusations thread included on it, as there have been many cases of that nature where the accused happens to be inactive, and PMs usually trigger their attention. This method can be used if their support fails to respond through Telegram.

There are times that this platforms maybe going through alot on security challenges or making some site maintenance which may lead to having some difficult moments with their services, am not saying this to support them out but i think it's what is most common with other platforms as well, in this situation, try to be a little more patient with them, while you await a response from their contacts, also if you must choose a platform, make sure you're very satisfied with their reputation and trust before using them.

So before I ever deposited. I was able to withdraw a 100. I was on the site a few years now. I've never tried try to withdraw until recently. I was able to withdraw a100 that I won from a promo. And probably 3 weeks ago now so probably 5 weeks ago now I deposited. 100 doge tried to withdraw 1200 after I made several 6-900 doge depos that day and I never received it. If you say that you have been with them since 2021 and have not had any problems during this long period and you have withdrawn before without problems, then there must be a problem or an acceptable excuse this time.

If they have been working well during all that period, they must have gained a good reputation, so it does not make sense for them to suddenly turn into a scam. You have to wait a little while and keep trying to contact them. There may be a problem with your account or a misunderstanding, or there may be other reasons preventing them from contacting you or Reply right now.

Someone like me won't easily rush to raise a scam accusations against them being that you have been using them for long and also, knowing too well that they have a representative why not just send them pm here in this forum first maybe after much longer then you can raise an alarm if you see their response weren't good to you before creating this topic. I don't think this is necessary as I know this site has been here for long and they are running sig campaign, besides it's very hard for a casino or gambling site that is running a campaign here to compromise though not that such can't happen but you should at least first reach out to them here or their campaign manager to assist you to contact them.

8Bet is supposed to be their personal representative on this forum but his last post was on the 10th of January and he didn't login here for more than 3 months. If he didn't log in he can't read your pm.
8betnews is most likely a bot used to post updates and notifications about promotions and contests. He doesn't even reply to members' comments in their official thread. Don't waste your time trying to message him.

They used "clever" techniques to avoid usual detection, but made several mistakes and got caught by out systems. We have reviewed the case and confirm abuse.

Maybe because you are spamming their chat about your scam accusation while you are the one who’s abusing their promo?
