Mycellium wallet does not support Replace By Fee RBF. It only supports Child-Pay-For-Parents CPFP.
Have you confirmed this, because not all wallets actually allows spending of unconfirmed transactions.
With this Pending transaction, you only can wait for it to be confirmed or to be dropped from mempools. To bump fee, you need one condition, the transaction must be broadcasted with RBF-opt-in.
Youre right but since we have some nodes on full RBF, one can actually double spend a transaction that was broadcasted without RBF opt in, the problem is most SPV wallets do not allow it.

Possibly OP has had this bitcoin long time ago on mycelium when the wallet was one of the most popular ones used, their failure not to upgrade to an RBF wallet isnt OPs doing. He just needs to right now get his funds off the Wallet as it is now
