he hit 13 gems, not 7, and if my math is mathing, the odds of hitting 13 gems in a 49 grid with 25 mines are 0.0000095 or 1 in 105236. he was insanely lucky.

Based on this, I guess the house edge for this game is 4% which is a bit high but still acceptable for an original game.
