    Today I will also start doing push ups again, because on the first try I only did one push up for a long time and after that my body felt sore which made me reluctant to do push ups. So it's been several months since this happened and I haven't done any more push ups. But just now I pushed again and this time I won't give up, because bitcoin will touch the price of 100K. You may be the opposite of me, because I have a thin body so by doing push ups I intend to gain weight. And just now I was only able to do 30 repetitions of push ups, repetitions than my previous push ups, namely 27 repetitions.

    Keep up the spirit, friend. Because being able to do 30 push ups is not a bad thing on the second try. Apart from that, when you have done push ups and feel pain or soreness again, try compressing it with warm water. Usually by doing this the pain or soreness can be slightly reduced. Then after that you have to rest well, so that the muscles you trained can recover more quickly. Because if you don't know, pain after push ups or after other strenuous exercise is caused by muscle damage. Therefore, rest after doing push ups is very important for muscle recovery. So that way the pain won't last long if you really get maximum rest. So it would be better if you feel pain or soreness after doing push ups, don't force yourself to do push ups again. Give your body time to rest for at least 2 to 3 days. That way, your muscle growth will definitely be more optimal. Apart from that, forcing yourself to continue doing push ups when you are still sore or in pain also carries a risk of injury. Therefore, if your body is currently aching and sore, just try following my advice. And don't forget to fulfill your nutrition properly, because the key to your success gaining weight or muscle mass, the food aspect is one of the determinants.
