I'm not a regular pusher, so I gave 15 push-ups on the first day and yesterday I couldn't give any push-ups. Because we have a lot of pain in the neck and muscles. I did 15 push-ups today after resting yesterday, and today's push-ups were hard for me. but i do it.

Your pushups report is not correct. You did 30 pushups over 2 days, which would be 2,30 (not 3,30). You could revise your report before DirtyKeyboard's script runs, but (from the time of this post) you only have about an hour to revise it.
so surely any bears who did not buy back coins in the past 7-8-ish months while we were bouncing largely between $55k and $70k-ish, then these guys will be regretting our current situation.. and perhaps some difficulties getting another correction from here.. and even if getting a correction, I have some doubts about how low any such correction is going to go, if it were to happen around these here prices..
Most bears wouldn't expect the sudden pump though the Election was some kinda FA of speculation yet most will still expect a Dip even after the news and it turns out to be massive anyways but I think most bears at that time would have FOMO while it was moving besides, some of the bears are currently making us stuck a little with the 90k~93k price range.... the bull is still there actually , I thought today's price would breach 96k and maybe stuck a little with 94~96k then the most anticipated 100 but that came too early as we dropped at 94k hopefully we hit more ATHs this week

. Thus, I think if a price correction would happen I don't expect it to go below 80k ~ 75k (just saying we might not even dip below 90 hahaha) qtleast if the bears take a long ride maybe the price range due to most FOMO buyers from 75k (since that'sout of the previous resistance zone ... Anyways we keep HODLING and pushing for sure...
Many folks know that "the trend is your friend," which sometimes contributes towards BTC prices going further UP than expected because sometimes it will just start to feel fruitless to keep selling BTC, but the BTC price does not go back down low enough to buy back. So, yeah ha lot of newbies get tricked into selling too many of their BTC too soon since they wrongly speculate that the BTC price is topping off... so it becomes very difficult to trade.. even though surely some folks are able to luckily catch some of the waves without getting reckt.
Long term BTC investors should not get tricked into doing anything other than continuing to buy BTC, unless they have already spent more than 4 years accumulating and they have enough.. ..yet sometimes even spending 4 years accumulating does not get a person to a position to feel that he has enough, especially if he might merely be DCAing out of his regular job at 5% to 25% of his income, so even after 4 years, he might only barely invested a year's worth of his salary, if he had been investing at the 25% rate, and that still might not be enough (I am not saying that most normies are able to accumulate BTC at such high rates, even though there frequently are ways to consider how to set aside 10% for investing).

The more you do the more you get used to it but if you're just starting it's a little bit hard in beginning you can always do some other exercise to help the muscles and maybe some little breaks between , neck pain is rear though maybe you're taking a wrong position... joint pain is common also for ball and socket(shoulder) & hinge (elbow joint).. it wears of over time if you experience any..
Through my 289 days of doing pushups, I have had pains in several areas of my body, including my neck... so it can sometimes take a bit of time, even a couple of months for the soreness to go away, especially if we might not have had been used to doing pushups and we are doing them every day and if we might be pushing limits.. even though I would suggest that newbies to pushups should try to spend about a week or so getting used to their doing pushups and also to purposefully don't stress themselves out too much in regards to doing their pushups as their body gets used to the pushups they can get some better senses regarding how sore they are and building up their body to get used to doing more and more and more pushups.
