    I would definitely say I've missed out on a lot since I've not been very active here, earlier this thread seems so quite but I can see how everyone is seriously pushing themselves off their old limit, very few peoples complaining of muscle sores anymore, the thread has improved with the table that has been added and the daily report of pushups, this seems to be a very good source to mativate anyone into consistency since its more like a challenge now more than ever.

    Anyway I started my day with a good decisions to continue from where I left out, although it's not as if I wasn't doing any pushups since I wasn't active here, to me It was more of a case of inconsistency cause I didn't have enough self motivation to keep up, but I've participated for more than 10 times anyway. I've seen that a new format for posting has been added to the thread for our daily reports.

    This morning I started with some sqauts, trying to build up those hips, I did up to 15 squats for each set, with a total of 5 sets, then I started doing push-ups, although I don't wish to build up my arm muscles that much so I prefer to do 10 reps for each set and I was able to do a 9 in total for the push-ups and really it wasn't challenging cause 10 reps wasn't much of a challenge to me at all, i ended my morning excerise with sit ups.
