Knowing fully well that there is so many uneducated people around the world, how can cryptocurrency increase the standard of living
First information about Bitcoin is openly distributed on the internet, aside from that, there are dedicated Bitcoin enthusiast that are happy to share knowledge about Bitcoin. Whether the person is uneducated or not, information dissemination of Bitcoin features and strength are openly marketed everywhere except for countries that banned Bitcoin. Now, cryptocurrency can increase the standard of living of these people by giving the unbanked a chance to participate in the global economy/market where they can get access to affordable financial products and services that they need which is often called financial inclusion.[1]
Financial inclusion means that individuals and businesses have access to useful and affordable financial products and services that meet their needs transactions, payments, savings, credit and insurance delivered in a responsible and sustainable way.
That said Bitcoin enables the unbanked to access the global market where they can participate in global trade and be able to find goods and services that are offered more cheaply than in their local market. Getting cheaper goods and services enables a person to save money, and the scenario where a person can save money simply conveys that sooner or later with the saved money, he can increase his standard of living by enabling the person to buy things that he can't afford before.
There's no correlation between increase in living standard and borderless payments, I doubt people are using Bitcoin is really as a peer to peer currency than as an investment.

I think otherwise, having the freedom to access different markets enable a person to conduct business everywhere. As long as there are trades between people, profit can be seen. So having a borderless mode of payment enables a person to buy cheaper products in one country and sell them at a profit to another country. The same thing as financial inclusion except that the person tends to make a business out of the cheaper access to the product and service.
