Theres only two options in the end, either they will legalize it because majority of the other countries are already into it, or they will continue to neglect bitcoin and eventually left behind by other countries. Well, I dont think they wont be competitive at all. Of course, if the government leaders will focus on the citizens welfare, then they will prioritize bitcoin without any doubt, regardless if they are trying to impose an authoritarian type of government.
