Wild.io not grading bet since 60 hours

What happened:: i placed a bet on 1st april that won but they dont grade the bets its been 60 hours since the event is over
its this market https://wild.io/sports/overwatch/namekuji-brothers-sixblow-m-11381208 but as u can see the some games of this league have not been graded sine 8th march too here to check https://wild.io/sports/overwatch/champions-series-l-8654794

How can we verify that they haven't resolved the market yet? What was the response of their support team while you asked them about this issue? You have to add the screenshot of your bets which you have placed on that event, also add the screenshot of your conversation with the support team. If there is really any issue from the site, then the bets are pending based on this term

i bet since 8 years active and i never seen something like this before

they told me they sent me mail etc sinde 2 days and i still got nothing they even told me i get an update today but still doesnt arrive now the support luna doesnt respond anymore kyc is sent meanwhile

the bet was never graded in the first place so nothing to change and as i showed above its softswiss sportsbook related

Match-fixing is a big problem in the Asian Esports scene. They are probably checking if this game had any abnormal and suspicious betting activity.

They shouldn't offer such big limits on a low-tier Overwatch game tho. Really stupid of them.

I would probably try to contact SoftSwiss directly. Really weird situation, I haven't seen anything like this before.

i tried but they dont have a user contact interface still wrote them as customer?! as said i never seen smth like this before and the support team of wild is also pretty incompetent in this case maybe u guys can also try to alert him and maybe link them to this post now they always tell me to write to the security team for this case?! who also doesnt answer OFC 1xbet style
