Hodlong is a thongof mentality which is understanding and when the understanding is not their hodling seems very difficult.  When their is understanding people don't force their self to participate.  Understanding hodling it makes investors to see reasons why investing in Bitcoin is very important,  the understanding of hodling makes investors to figure out good plans in other to prepare for the next hodling.

Holding Bitcoin really gives investors a new perspective.  But now bitcoin is continuously going down and now the price of bitcoin has become a lot of curb for the holders due to sudden dip.  Despite the dip, history shows that those who hold onto their bitcoins ultimately benefit.  And finally holding strategy is beneficial for investors.

People always do what they can to make money from whether they are regulated by fiat or not. However since man loves freedom he wants to do what can achieve more freedom and break the shackles of order. Being a freedom loving person I want to have the freedom to spend my money without any restrictions on transferring my money. And we expect Bitcoin to be used as a currency no matter how far it goes.

As much as I agree with you that Bitcoin is indeed; the only crypto currency that can be completely trusted to be held for a very long time due to its totally decentralized nature and limited supply,
 I will be honest with you, there are several Altcoins out there that are worth holding too, aside bitcoin, many Altcoins have made alot of people millionaires and billionaires in this space and even in the outside world, this is for those who's goal is to get rich through cryptocurrencies, if this is your goal, then you just have to diversify your investments into Altcoins while holding as much bitcoin as you can afford.

See money in bitcoin as a retirement funds or savings, and see money in Altcoins as investments for short term and mid-long term profit.

Don't hold bitcoin alone, you will regret it at the end of the day, except you are really good at closing your eyes to missed opportunities.

Let's be real here, we're not solely in the bitcoin train/cryptocurrency world for the "technology" or because "it's the second-coming of money jesus". We're here for the profits and the money that the crypto scene could bring. And as it stands today, investing solely on bitcoin and nothing else is going to give you more trouble than benefits.

Ever heard of the term "putting your eggs in more than one basket?" So when one of those eggs do break you don't end up with all of your shit useless? The same could be said for your assets and investments. Diversifying your money ensures that you have a stake at everything that could pump, and just in case the market doesn't feel like going into your favor, you don't end up losing everything in a single asset.

Imagine if you bought nothing but bitcoin at this market and you're seeing the coin lose its support as it slowly plummets to 50k and below, you're probably praying to Satoshi Nakamoto right now, and don't get me started with "But it's gonna pump anyway soon", are you really going to be able to wait for that long? with the mindset that makes you think you only need bitcoin and nothing else?

Before investing in other altcoins, research should be done properly. Not everyone understands that investing in altcoins is risky especially for holding on a long-term basis. Other cryptocurrencies seems to be on the rise every day and individuals will continue to invest in other altcoins because of the of quick gains and unrealistic promises it offers.

Holding Bitcoin especially for a long-term have proven to be beneficial and profitable to investors who held onto it. Bitcoin shows to be resilience to withstand the test in time without losing value,  unlike altcoins that lacks the capacity to withstand and recover from difficulties faced in the crypto market. Due to the volatile  nature of cryptocurrencies, investing in a crypto that cannot recover might result to loss of funds. Holding bitcoin is a preferable choice over altcoins because of it resilience,  longevity and potential growth.

When it comes to holding potential, Bitcoin stand to be the best coin, historically it has been making a new all the high, so holding for long term for like 4 years and above will really much profitable, Bitcoin when it falls it rises again unlike most of  other coins when they fall they don't rise easily, to make the long story short, the performance of Bitcoin always determine the performance of other coins.

You should not just be a holder if your investment budget is very low. Even if $100 in bitcoin today could become $500 in the next 4-6 years, it is not worth it if you do not improve your skills and abilities which in turn has a positive impact on portfolio growth. Holding a decent amount of bitcoin like $10k or more is certainly better, but if you only have a budget under $1k, try learning how to increase it over time like trading.

While trading isn't a bad approach to making a profit, $100 is much more worthwhile if you actually use it to invest in growing your skills and ability to understand the market and its dynamics. In other words, it is better to invest in the growth of knowledge than to invest directly in an asset that you hope will bring you wealth if you don't really understand it yet.

Did you not listen to what he was saying?  Altcoins are amazing for Short Term Profits.  Nothing feels greater than putting all your Life Savings into an Altcoin, watching it become a fortune and almost immediately vanishing in thin air due to a Scam or becoming close to nothing due to a dump.

I wish I could see the Wallet Balance of all those people who suggest investing in Altcoins over Short Term for making Money.  It may work once or twice, but then you end up putting a significant amount of Money at the wrong time and you will be stuck for years with the hope of just making it even.  I mean.  In most cases, I would be happy and proud if I can even take back my Money.  It mostly ends up in a big loss and regrets.

But sure, Altcoins are amazing for Money making!  In the dreams, of course.
