I think from what the OP said, it's best you do any design you plan to in such a manner that it relates to Bitcoin. So basically you can just bake the normal pizza and design the BTC sign on it which brings out the uniqueness in the pizza that relates it to Bitcoin. Like what we saw during the pie contest, it's more of being creative with your design and you can even incorporate your bitcointalk Username on the pizza to make your work unique and exceptional.

I guess it's possible to model your pizza to look something close to this.( This is just a random picture I took from Reddit and I guess it's possible stuff like might work well if you're able to work on something close to this.

Nor be only fear self. Low self esteem still follow. When person go feel say because of skin colour or geographical location say him nor go fit win. That one na sef- cancel. Wetin you talk here na truth, you know say sometimes na low self esteem Naim dey kill us. Person go just concluded say him no sure say E go win, say people plenty. forgetting say those oyibo dem no get two head. We no go use because of racist wey dey the forum come dey fall our hands. I no sure say them don do this contest before. The one I see last year na bitcointalk pie baking contest and people participate well well. If I go do this contest na just for fun cos na Italy get pizza so this one be like sure odd for them. I sabi bake cake and meat pie but I never try pizza before.

why are we blaming the guy, most of us thought bitcoin was a scam in 2009 but he invested and accumulated such amount,  because of the dip in bitcoin he used it to buy pizza in order not to lose all.  Same thing happened in 2020 when bitcoin fall from $58  To $19k, most investors withdrew their money, some people didn't buy ,we ignored it. Those that invested in 2020 are billionaires today. This is a warning to we all never to doubt bitcoin, invest in  bitcoin  today and be Happy for life.  The pizza boy was member of the forum, I believed he's doing well today. We must learn from his mistake never to be afraid of dip in bitcoin price, hodl for long.
