Unfortunately, Coinpal is no longer in operation, it shut down in 2016 if I’m not mistaken, so their website and transaction history wouldn't be accessible anymore. However, there might still be a way to track down your old transactions.

If you still have access to the Bitcoin wallet you used in 2011, you should be able to see all the transactions associated with that wallet

Exploring blockchain explorers like blockchain.com or btc.com might give you some insights into the transactions associated with your wallet address from that time.

I purchased them on pay pal and after that I moved the Bitcoin to a wallet I was hoping to use the coinpal transaction to find my wallet

Do you mind explaining what you're trying to achieve exactly here? Finding the address you withdrew the funds will obviously not be of too much help. That's not going to help you know which wallet did you use to store the funds, or to access the funds either.

Maybe he is building a nice story to sell his "precious" wallet file that is password protected mildly corrupted to give you a hope of recovering thousands of Bitcoins
